Subj: Not Tomorrow - more CHUNK! Date: 09/05/95 SOrry i've been gone for a while, but I won't make excuses, so here's a CHUNK update. A little late, but I didn't find out about this until, oh, today: there's a CHUNK article of decent size in the July/August Issue of Option (Portishead's on the cover). Also, Superchunk is in the Oct. issue of SPIN (Rancid's on the cover). They review "here's where the strings come in" - which is coming out on the 19th and is on Merge to dispell any rumours - SPIN gives it an "8" but SPIN often underestimates perfection. Also with the review is a (small) picture of the cover, which looks like Mac's work (again). For those of you who have not gotten or even seen the Hyper Enough single yet, it's great. The cover is a kangaroo with a baby `roo in its pouch - in a trailer park! (photo by Mac). The Chunk logo is in the lower right corner. Back cover is a band pic. Songs are: Hyper Enough (from "here's where the strings come in"), Never Too Young To Smoke, Detroit Has A Skyline (acoustic) More later!
