beauty and the street
vacation ideas
been thinking about things to do for a vacation this year with beth. i
think it would be fun to do a cannonball run type
thing, don't you? beth and i have talked before about things we'd like
to drive, including yonge street from toronto
downtown to northern minnesota. here's a few more ideas:
- targa newfoundland
in the touring class. we could easily drive her car and just
take it relatively easy to see the region (having seen halifax
last summer, i want to see more of the maritime provinces).
- the
baja 1000, as spectators of course.
- the suggestion from kiplinger's magazine, a
tour of money museums.
other ideas including the sebring race, auto shows in cities like
vegas and the like ... or just more museums, ie bum around DC in
many of the smaller museums.
thoughts?
