red robot invoked

Earlier in the week I had already resigned to not finishing the red robot in time for Saturday's party, but I woke up Saturday morning with the urge to try. I wandered around town on home-coming weekend, acquiring velcro, elastic, yellow plastic, and other goodies. Finally home by four I re-started construction.

Thankfully I had the brilliant brainstorm of using the box for my motorcycle helmet for the robot's head. The box is oddly head sized!

By 10:30 the costume was done and I was able to lumber through the door to dirt and erika's halloween/birthday party.
