The monthly hot sauce tasting at Tios. This was my first and it was pretty fun. While I didn't do the intelligent thing and keep track of what I was eating like everyone else, I still had about 24 sauces, and met some interesting people. Jon made it through his hundredth hot sauce and got his t-shirt and his own chili pepper on the wall of fire.
