2. S -> C: RST - if negative, sorry - we might make more later. or we might not. bail out.

   S -> C: SYN/ACK - if positive, write a cheque in U.S. funds made out to Dug Song

   • $15 post-paid in the U.S.
   • $18 post-paid outside the U.S.

3. C -> S: ACK - send your cheque, the size/quantity you want, and your shipping address to
