And you're volunteering to scan these other implementations for
changes on a regular basis, and update the manpage accordingly should
they ever wisen up?
This is the same warning text you find in POSIX. It is completely
accurate. (Doubly so since the other implementation you are speaking
of offers a choice of which implementation to use.)
