Is it a "goal" to allow Zone-Transfers for the whole domain from
199.185.137.3 (and some others)? It looks like a Bug for me...

Another Nameserver like ns.appli.se react like I exspected it:
Host openbsd.org not found: 5(REFUSED)
; Transfer failed.
