Hi,
The fact that only the visible screen on a vga card has scrollback
functionality has annoyed me for some time so today I did some
kicking around. This resulted in the following:
http://www.stack.nl/~janjaap/openbsd/vga.c.patch1
this needs option VGA_ALLSCROLLBACK in the kernel config file to
enable scrollback buffers on non visible screens.
and:
http://www.stack.nl/~janjaap/openbsd/vga.c.patch2
this version throws the old behaviour over board and just adds
the scrollbuffer to any screen.
It worsk on my alpha. I have not yet tested it on any other architecture.
(not available right now)
Comments are welcome.
