make route show look like netstat -r



At pf2k4 Theo, Cedric and I came to the conclusion that route(8) needs a
mayor cleanup. One thing that is realy ugly is the route show output.

This patch makes the route show output similar to the netstat -rn output.
A few things are missing this come from the fact that route(8) uses sysctl
instead of kvm to get the table. The most prominent one is the refcnt -- I
have a diff for this but this will change the size of struct rt_msghdr and
so will break kernel/userland API so this change will be added later.

I have a similar change for netstat(1) that will use the same sysctl
interface and the same show.c file this is why some functions where moved
around or renamed.
