I understand your annoyance with seeing this message on OpenBSD list.
However, I really do not think that you are telling the whole truth when
you claim that the message is written in bad English.
I would really like you to point out (in a private mail to me if you
want) all the parts you consider grammatically or orthographically
incorrect.
It just happens that I know the person who is signed at the bottom.
He is a Fellow of IEEE, has taught for a decade at Purdue University,
and I have very little reason to doubt his English skills in the extent
that you have expressed.
The invitation is a little too formal and stiff sounding perhaps,
and I am still baffled that it was sent to OpenBSD list (I do not
remember seeing it though), but accusing him of not having passable
English skills is ridiculous.
