build issue heads up

The sudo build no longer runs configure; it now uses normal OpenBSD
Makefiles.  However, a side-effect of this is that you will need
to run "rm -f /usr/obj/usr.bin/sudo/*" before your first build after
updating your source tree.  Otherwise, the "make obj" phase will
fail making the sudo and visudo obj dirs.
