lkm & device drivers

	Hello.

	Is it possible to write a lkm that will be a driver
which would service real hardawre. If yes: how to get a parent and self device
tags for match and attach routines. 

	I would be very grateful for any help on the subject.
I did read tutorial on lkms posted on deadly.org some time ago and 
WRITING UNIX DEVICE DRIVERS book so I know basics.
