IPX/SPX support in 3.2

Greetings:

I have found precious little info on IPX support; I've compiled the IPX
and IPXIP options but cannot find utilities to set the frame-type
(ifconfig has no 'frame' option) or establish routes (no 'ipxroute'
command).

What is available or port-able?

All replies much appreciated.
