RFC#4 - console beep

Request to disable console beep by default.

Most users disable keyboard bell just after the installation.
This is true for servers and workstations setup.
It's absolutely annoying.

To disable simply add this line to /etc/wsconsctl.conf:

keyboard.bell.pitch=0

This is a really good default setting...
