nat & duplicate

hi

i have openbsd 3.1 stable as nat system and
satelite connection over external dvb interface (penta office) and
backup system on linux 
then i get request any site on the world i receive 2 answer 
its good for stability
but openbsd give out the double traffic ...
how i can hix it ???
