Given that, those of use who are tracking -current on machines with ahc
controllers, what should we be testing, and is there any current hypothesis
as to what might be causing the hangs?

That, and is there any work being done currently on the newer "160" adaptec
controllers?  I may have a Dell 1650 available for testing soon.
