  I've been able to get the dc0 dc2 and dc3 interfaces working since my last
  message.  Apparently the watchdog timeout is being caused by an IRQ
  conflict with the AGP video adapter ("ATI Mach64 GZ" rev0x3a).

We had a similar problem here with a bge ethernet.  Solved it by moving the
ethernet to a different pci slot.
