No buffer space available (dmesg attached)

I have been searching the archives for this error but found no
real solution.
I got this message from named and isakmpd (the log is full):

named[5373]: ns_forw: sendto([].53): No buffer space
isakmpd[22933]: sendmsg (4, 0xdfbfde84, 0): No buffer space available

After that is not possible to ssh in to the machine.
After a reboot everything seems ok.
Its happened twice in a 3 week period.

Obsd 2.9
Two NIC:s fxp0 and fxp1
One end atached to a 100Mbit LAN
The other to a 2Mbit line (internet)
Dmesg further down.
The systems does nat and packet filtering for the LAN.
It is also a VPN-gateway and a cache DNS.
Not very much traffic runnning through it.
The server is on a very remote site... i have no physical
access to it.

I have three other servers with this exact config/hardware
and they all work OK.
The mailing lists suggests things like link failures and the BSD
box "queueing" traffic till "it dies". Someone sugests is the
wrong network card driver but i dont think so, im running
the same card/driver on 20-30 other systems.

Any ideas ?
