UVM problems on OpenBSD 2.8-Release (i386)

I'm having problems with a machine running (or installing) OpenBSD
2.8. I posted information about memory problems before and someone
pointed out that I may have some bad ram. I replaced the ram with
known good ram and am having the same problems. The kernel typically
panics with some problem with UVM. Here is the text from the last
panic (the machine didn't reboot so I was able to write it down)

uvm_fault(0xe5a55960, 0xa62dc000, 0, 1) -> 1
kernel: page fault trap, code=0
Stopped at _sys_unlink+0x36: incl 0xc08510c4(%ebx)

Using the floppy28.fs install floppy I typically get panics during
the start of the ftp tranfer or slightly earlier. I was not able to
install using this image. Using the floppy28B.fs image, I was able
to successfully install the system, but upon reboot the system
paniced with the above listed message while trying to edit a file
with vi. I also thought my machine may have been hacked so I that is
why I was reinstalling.

Thanks for any help. This is not a production machine (it is not
stable enough to be one) so I'm willing to try some stuff.

See dmesg below for hardware clues. The hardware is as follows:
ABIT PX5 Intel 430TX chipset Socket 7 motherboard
64 MB PC-100 SDRAM (DIMM slot 1)
Cyrix (IBM labeled) 6x86-120 MHz processor (Cyrix CPU fan)
Trident ISA video card (VGA)
Netgear PCI 10/100 Ethernet FA310-TX (genuine DEC 21140 based)
Generic ISA NE2000 10 Mbps Ethernet adapter
(I can get manufacturer details if needed)
Seagate 6.5GB ATA-33 Hard drive
2 1.44 MB floppy drives (both seem to work fine)
