RAID Frame and Sparc?

Hi.
I've gotten my hands on a Sparc 5, 64mb, 110MHz cpu, figured it would
be a decent replacement for my 2.6 P120 box.
Installed 2.8-release no problem. Went to configure a new kernel
(used the SUN4M template) and noticed that "pseudo-device raid 4"
was not in there. No problem, added it in, compiled kernel, reboot
with new kernel. As soon as it boots and initializes the RAIDFrame
driver, it crashes.
Here is the output:
This is basically the SUN4M with the one line for raid added,
no other changes in the kernel config.

I checked the man pages (on an x86 box) and found no mention about
RAID Frame being x86 specific only. Should I upgrade to a snapshot?
or is there no RAID Frame support for Sparc?

Thanks...

I've attached a dmesg from when I boot off the generic kernel.
