sig11's with php4/imp/horde

I am running php4-4.0.2-mysql port, IMP 2.2.3, Horde 1.2.3, and
-current as of last night (thanks Theo for putting out the snapshot :)
I can do most stuff in Imp just fine, including viewing messages,
deleting, and bouncing them, but whenever I try to send a message off
via "compose" "reply" or "forward", I get "document contains no data"
and in my error_log I get that the httpd process died with sig11.
I'm using postfix as my MTA (although Imp is using the sendmail
compatibility binary), and ispell from the ports.
The httpd also dies when I do "Save to Draft" instead of "Send"
any ideas on what might be going on? (I'm at the point of assuming
mod_php probs, but I don't know for sure... I don't even know how to
debug them)
