I got a confirmation from FreeBSD that they would change it, and I
just committed the change to NetBSD, but didn't hear from the OpenBSD
community yet.

Anyone willing to do it in OpenBSD? It's not really tough, mainly
renaming some #define'd constants, and updating the docs.
