Load Sharing

Hoi:

I'm not sure what to call this so I'm having a hard time finding any 
info on it:

to whit: what do you call the process of CPU load sharing across 
different computers on the network?

Say that we have the main server, BOB, and a subsidiary server FRED. 
When BOB gets a job he would normally run it, but if he is too busy 
he will give the job to FRED to run.

Is there anything like this in openBSD?
