Kernel Page Fault

I am running openbsd 2.6 (dmesg is attached). A user on my system killed a
process and brought down the machine, I would like to know what process
this was. I looked at all the logs in /var/log and could not find any
recording of the incident. The screen had the following message on it when
I looked:
vm_fault(0xe0d15300, dead0000, 3, 0) -> 5
kernel: page fault trap, code = 0
stopped at _vm_page_insert+0x94: mov1 %ebx, 0(%eax)
Any insight would be great, the user of course can not remember what
process he killed. Thanks.
