Theo de Raadt brought it to my attention that the latest change I've
made to gcc (MKTEMP_EACH_FILE) may have broken pmax.
In case someone is working with pmax openbsd-current, could they please
check that make build still works ?
Or if not, what's broke ?
In the worst case, we can still #undef MKTEMP_EACH_FILE for pmax, but
I'd rather nail this down for good.
