Congratulations on the freeze and impending release. Luckily the April 17
floppy works just fine (installing working boot blocks and all) on my
systems. But it was just coincidence that I was finally able to make time
to upgrade my problem child vectra last weekend. I knew 2.3 would be out
in the near future, but didn't expect it so soon.

For future releases, please consider posting a freeze schedule on the
OpenBSD web site, and/or sending notes about it to announce. That will
help those of us who are otherwise swamped with 12 hour a day jobs plus
customer service and consulting to arrange our schedules for testing. We
have a chance of providing more effective help if we know when the deadline
is.
