Recently I bought some ethernet cards based on the Lite-on PNIC chip. I
didn't realize that OpenBSD currently does not have drivers for this chip.
Support has been added to the Linux tulip driver because the DEC 21040 is

I am not familar with the workings of drivers under BSD otherwise I would
make the changes myself. Anyone willing to make the changes?
