The lkm directory seems to have been checked in with the wrong umask,
and has files which are not world readable.
Also, in general, please be careful of setting weird umasks in your
.cshrc files on cvs. Maybe a "setenv CVSUMASK 2" can be used to
override an 027 umask, I'm not sure though...
