* use uint8_t instead of int to hold the value of an 8-bit register.
* for outputs.{bass,treble}, 0 dB corresponds to mixer value 128,
not 0.
* line-in is configured as the default recording source; set
sc->sc_record_source accordingly.
* add missing register to initialization code.
