Log message:
Adopt FreeBSD's code for non-DEV_BSIZE formatted MSDOSFS filesystems.

Enables devices (e.g. newer iPods, various other mp3 players) that use
2048 byte sectors.

Inspired by original diffs from weingart@ and Alexey Vatchenk.
