dead mirror: uni-stuttgart.de.  From mpf@ via Alexander von Gernler, who
was kind enough to provide a patch.  Anyone bored?  www@ is full of
additions and deletions from ftp.html (and the something like SIX other
copies scattered around the website) that I haven't been able to get to.
