Log message:
Move all info from 3.5 and older from upgrade-minifaq.html to
upgrade-old.html.  This is the next step on the evolution of documenting
the OpenBSD build process.
Want to upgrade from release to release?  Use upgradeXX.html.
Want to upgrade to -current from 3.6-release?  Use upgrade-minifaq.html
Want to know how to build from source?  Use faq5.html
Still to be done: remove building instructions from upgrade-minifaq.html.
