Log message:
MAJOR rewrite.  Goal: remove all building instructions from
upgrade-minifaq.html and have here instead.
New content: 5.2 (Why build from source), 5.3 (Building from source),
5.4 (building a release) 5.5 (building X).  Reordered 5.9 (using config)
to be with 5.8 (ukc>).  Misc. rework scattered about.
