Log message:
more portable fix. per discussion with matthieu@ and others,
usb mouse support is not necessary for 3.0 and beyond as wscons supports them.
usb tablet is not in xc-old, therefore no usb for 3.0 and beyond is needed in
xc-old.
With this, xc-old compiles again on i386.
