Log message:
Machines with the Serverworks CNB20HE chipset also have a CIOB20 i/o bridge.
Instead of attaching pci busses to the CNB20HE, attach them to the CIOB20.
This fixes problems where many of these machines will not attach a second
pci bus.  This also like Theo's previous diff prevents the shadow bus
from appearing.  Ok deraadt.
