Log message:
Add support for the WSDISPLAYIO_LINEBYTES ioctl and the
WSDISPLAYIO_MODE_DUMBFB  mode (mode where mmapping /dev/ttyC0 maps
the framebuffer only)
This makes the XF4 wsfb driver work on the TGA cards.
