- Add some information on 'Advanced usage' of the ports
and link to bsd.port.mk(5) and make(1)
- Add Example use and Advanced usage into the index
- Back off /usr/ports/README, it's obsolete (spank me for not
reading carefully (the fact that lebel@ did the actual commit
is a very poor excuse))
- There is no mirror-distfiles(7) manual page, link to
mirroring-ports(7) instead
