Pull in two patches from current:
Fix (angelos,fgsch):
-- Fix a problem when deleting a flow via -delete. This only affects flows
using -transport; found by riq_(_at_)_core-sdi_(_dot_)_com, fix by angelos_(_at_)__(_dot_)_
-- Big oops -- lucky us BLF and CAST are not used by anyone else (on the
other hand, the problem would have been noticed much earlier) --
noticed by bugfix_(_at_)_163_(_dot_)_net
