New: xmms-scrobbler and libmusicbrainz

here's a port for XMMS-Scrobbler, the Last.fm plugin for XMMS, and for
libmusicbrainz, which is needed by XMMS-Scrobbler.

xmms-scrobbler: "Audioscrobbler builds a profile of your musical taste using
a plugin for your media player. Plugins send the name of every song you
play to the Audioscrobbler server, which updates your musical profile with
the new song. Every person with a plugin has their own page on
http://www.last.fm which shows their listening statistics.
The system automatically matches you to people with a similar music taste,
and generates personalised recommendations."

libmusicbrainz: "MusicBrainz is the second generation incarnation of the CD
Index. This server is designed to enable Audio CD and MP3/Vorbis players
to download metadata about the music they are playing. All of the data
collected on the Musicbrainz server is made available to the public under
the OpenContent license."

Please test and comment.
Already tested by a few people on i386. And libmusicbrainz has been tested

Thanks to Olof Kasselstrand <olof_(_at_)_openbsd_(_dot_)_nu> for working on this with me.
