sflowtool is an sFlow collector/translator. It can convert sFlow packets
to an Ascii format, tcpdump(8) binary format. Additionally it can
convert sFlow format packets into netFlow v5 packets and forward them to
a NetFlow collector

please test and comment. 
Tests on !i386 greatly appreciated
