Patch for x11/kde/addons3 (remove rellinks plugin)

The patch below removes the rellinks plugin ("Document Relations"
toolbar) from the addons3 port, which made Konqueror more or less
unusable.

If requested, and if I find some time (still have some things in
the queue for ksh as well as testing the ongoing inn and polipo
ports), I'd work on backporting changes currently in the KDE
repository -- it seems that they found a new maintainer for rellinks
and that it has allready been fixed in their HEAD revision (not
BRANCH_3_3, though).
