NEW : sane-backends-1.0.15

Hi :)

I just made a new port for sane-backends-1.0.15.
Sane is an API for accessing scanners.

It works fine here on i386, but I only have 1 scanner, so I can't test a lot 
of backends.
If you can, please test this port and report any issue.
If everything works fine, I'll work on the frontends.
