poppassd on current?

using an august 19th version of current
(yeah I know, not truly current anymore)

the port poppassd appears to remain broke

this truly may be operator error on my part...

if the maintainer wants me to run some test,
let me know.

I did google and noted someone said
they were also having problems back in June (not sure if that was 
stable that may be broke also...)
