Deadline for adding ports to 3.6 ?

Hi !

Does anybody know if the deadline is in the past to add new port to OpenBSD 
3.6  ?

I am waiting for  Antoine Jacoutot::s excellent Cyrus imapd port. Who is 
responsible for accepting new ports into OpenBSD ? Why isn't this port 
included ? People want's it and the port is excellent....
