Hi

Here is a port for Smarty (smarty.php.net) -- a template engine for PHP.

Grab it from:

	http://ports.nic.com.pl/download/devel-smarty-2.6.2.tar.gz

I've also following questions regarding this port.

Where should be *.php files installed? Currently they are installed into
/var/www/smarty but maybe they should end up in /var/www/lib/php/smarty?

Another one is, maybe we should prefix this port with php- (php-smarty) or
something like this?
