UPDATE for 3.5 : devel/tla-1.2

Hi,

I have tested my port of tla version 1.2 on OpenBSD 3.5/i386.

tla is a CLI written in C for Arch. Arch is a revison control system with 
distributed repositories, atomic commits, renamed handled, advanced merge 
capabilites. See http://www.gnuarch.org/ for details.

tla version 1.2 adds archive signing and integrity checking.

Port built and tested on OpenBSD 3.5/i386.

Please report tests, bugs and improvements. And please, commit in official 
ports tree if everything is OK :-)
