Fixed parts of DEINSTALL, INSTALL, DESCR and MESSAGE.  Use NO_BUILD=Yes.

Works fine on i386/current and macppc/current.

:I ported amavisd-new-20030616.p9.  This is a plugable mail scanner for
:MTAs.  Works very well with Postfix, fairly well with Exim, and has a
:milter option for sendmail (currently not enabled).  Works just fine on
:i386/current. Will test on macppc/current tommorow.
