new ports: gstreamer-0.8.0

GStreamer is a library that allows the construction of graphs of
media-handling components, ranging from simple mp3 playback to complex
audio (mixing) and video (non-linear editing) processing.

In short, its for music and video and stuff :).

The gstreamer and gstreamer-player ports are pretty straight forward.
The plugin port rivals PHP in it's complexity as each plugin is an
optional subpackage.  I'd like feedback especially on non-i386.
