hi.. again i had time to port something ^^

here is it: Allegro 4.0.3, a cross-platform library intended for use in
computer games.

please test it.. i didn't find the dependencies.
i couldn't test the arts-FLAVOR and i could only test on i386.

it would be nice, if you send c&c back :)
