I'm building it for use with Snort/ACID which requires --with-mysql --with-gd
--enable-sockets as configure options, looking at the make file for PHP4 it
didn't have all of those so I changed it in the Makefile. I'm also a bit of a
do it yourselfer which often ends up the hard way, but the real reason was to
make sure it had the options it needed for ACID.
